An auction is a good choice for selling an estate. The auction process allows buyers to compete for your items - ensuring you get the best price for your items in a limited time. It sells directly into the market at the price that market is willing to pay - no need to guess at values or worry if you can get more than the last person offered.

Our auctions are all posted online so that bidders can participate from anywhere and on their own time. More participation equals better results.

We only hold estate auctions on site. We come to your location and organize, catalog and list all items. Auctions are run from Monday-Thursday, with Friday & Saturday pickup days.

How to sell at auction with us:

  • Contact us for a complimentary consultation and we will advise you if an auction is a good fit for your estate.
  • Complete a consignor form/contract.
  • Pick up your check once the items have been sold.

It’s that easy! We do all the work.

Once we are contracted to handle your estate, we take photos and catalog each item (or groups of items) and place them on our website for the next auction. The auction is then advertised through multiple outlets.

Our commission schedule is a sliding scale from a flat minimum of $4, then 30% to 10% depending on the final sale price of an item. Contact us for more details, we would love to help you determine whether an auction is right for you.
